Jan 2, 2009 another gem from Beershine and Oakes. Cloudy gold pour wtih a white head. I get yeast, fruit, bread and apples. Flavor has a sweet/tart note to it. Like a good upstate NY apple. Some spice, yeast and vanilla notes are present as well. Nice.

Jan 1, 2009 Bottle… Cloudy pear-colored ale. Breadsy, fruity aroma with a suggestion of vanilla. Medium-bodied with a milky mouthfeel and soft carbonation. Sweet, fruity, breadsy flavor – finishes up very much the same. High alcohol content is certainly subdued. Nice.

Aug 31, 2008 On tap @ Arendsnest. Hazy golden, white head. Aroma is a bit sour, fruity, alcohol. Flavour is sourish, apples, slightly sweet. Reminded me a bit of champagne.
