Nov 12, 2009 bottle - pours light orange with a big creamy head. Creamy, wheaty, and yeasty aroma with a subtle hint of chocolate. The esters a scarcely noticeable though, they’re there but too hidden. The taste is malty and spicy not very balanced very little fuit to be had. There was a slight cellar / old apples finish. The aroma does improve a bit with a bit of citrus and bubblegum coming through as the beer warms but it’s still not one of the better ones.

Oct 22, 2009 Bottle. Creamy white excellent mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Very yeasty/fruity citrus notes. Moderate bitter fruity flavor. Powerfull and nice. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate. Very nice hefe.

Aug 28, 2009 Cloudy golden with a medium white head. Sweet malty aroma with grainy, hoppy and wheat notes. Sweet flavour with grainy, hoppy and caramel notes. Finished mild hoppy. Not bad.

Aug 28, 2009 Hazy golden body with a big white head. Good lacing. Smell is a ton of banana, bread, and lemon. Taste is the same with notes of pumpkin spices and a medium hop bite. Also a bit sweet. Good hefe!

May 18, 2009 0.5 l bottle, thanks Timo A! Hazy yellow brown color with creamy head. Sweetish, clovey, peppery and bready aroma with hint of banana. Bready, yeasty, tart, clovey and peppery flavor with hint of banana and plastic. Slightly sweet and full bodied. Could be dryer and less filling. There are also some plastic and yeasty notes which I don’t like.
