On tap at Delaney’s. Moderate wheat aroma and slightly sour. Cloudy golden color with a medium white head. Light flavor gets mildly bitter in the finish.

bctc 09, random keg sitting near the mayflower campsite. Pours a hazed golden with a diminishing head. Aroma is phenolic slight spice- clove, toasted malts, a bit of cobwebbiness, citrusy hops, and lots of lemon-zest. Flavor is somewhat doughy crackery, toast, wheat, lemon zest, pine, citrus, and grassy hops- slight slick aftertaste and finish. ok.

Draft at redlight. Very light and golden. Sweet citrusy smell. I found kind of a soapy type flavor on the end of it, but not terrible.

Draft at Redlight Redlight. The pour yields a hazy, golden colored body with a small head of swirly white foam. Minimal, spotty lacing marks the glass. The aroma shows wheat grain, minerals, and coriander, with a peppery, citrus rind hop note. Flavors follow suit, primarily based in cereal grain, with a slightly metallic, mineral note, and a light, spicy, lemongrass hop bite. Light in body and balanced on the tongue, it is quite quaffable, though the metallic tendencies are a little off-putting. There’s a slight astringency on the finish. Decent brew.

Draft… Hazy, straw-colored ale with a small, wispy, white head. Great retention. The bouquet provides pale grain, lemon peel, underripe banana and mild clove. Medium-bodied with a lightly creamy mouthfeel and modest carbonation. The flavor is mostly bitter, but also lightly tart. Lengthy, bitter finish

Draft @ redlight redlight. Pours a hazy yellow, fluffy white head. Nose full of citrus and pine hops, some tart wheat and a bit of sulphur comes through as it warms. Flavor is citrus slightly grassy hops, some wheat, nice bitter finish, no sulphur. Wouldn’t mind having this in cans, quite drinkable.

Growler. Some lemon and banana and maybe a hint of wheat in the nose, but mostly metallic, seedy, salty, buttery. Flavor focuses on all the bad parts of the aroma. Astringent as well. Not pleasant.
