| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Aug 12, 2009 Pours a semi clear golden colour with a small white head. Sampled at The Local Tavern-pre party night...Nioce and spicey but nothing that stood out too much. A pleasent creamy yet very clean mouthfeel. Soft fruity aftertaste. Great beer, but maybe a tad soft in the style. Sammy (4064), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Yeasty and spicey taste, some sourness. Yeasty aroma. Average mouthfeel. Drying. Fine for style, although I was not a big fan of it. xnoxhatex (1305), Grand Rapids/Chicago, Michigan, USA

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 30, 2009 Live rate sampled at the brewpub. Belgian farmhouse yeast was definitely utilized for this brew. Strong creamy Belgian yeast characteristics sweet and doughy with citrus and an earthiness. Citrus fruity sweet flavors spices. Slight funk, earth and alcohol with the spice in the finish. The bubblegum and alcohol show themselves more as it warms. It gets more and more messy and less enjoyable. badnewsbeers (1026), Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA
