| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 7, 2009 On tap at New Holland Brewpub. Pours a hazy golden orange with a small off white head. Aroma has some wheat, cherry, darker overripe fruits and a slight vinegar sharpness. Flavor starts with a spicy dark fruit character and gets softer through the swallow with cherry and yeast esters that become more prevalent. Finishes with an alcohol and grain presence that is a bit off putting. Medium body and a sharp carbonation. A decent beer but not a great finish.
