| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Dec 15, 2009 Copper colored brew. Not like the picture ;) Aroma is weak, slight hoppy. Flavor is crispy hopbitterness, Amarillo? A bit earthy and alcoholic. A bit fizzy with a long bitterness in the upper palate. It’’s more an Engish bitter ale, then an IPA. zach8270 (2127), Henrietta, New York, USA

Aroma is light with mild hints of citrus and floral hops. Mildly bitter at the beginning with some nice and sweet citrus and malt notes coming into the middle. Very dry and bitter finish and aftertaste that lingers for a bit. gyllenbock (311), Stockholm, Sweden

Both the aroma and flavor gave me an "input factor", it was a beer from Nils Oscar I drank. In addition to the recognition factor the aroma contained notes of bread, cola, and some weak fruit. The taste reminded a lot about the aroma, the liquid was dry. Very basic. Was it really an IPA Where were the hops? The fruitiness?
Sure it was drinkable, but an IPA? Maybe my taste buds are destroyed, what do I know. jesperhammer (332), Copenhagen, Denmark

Light orange, off-white head.
Hoppy aroma - on the fruity side.
Sweet exotic fruits inding in a slight bitterness.
No alcohol can be detected.
I like Nils Oscars brewing a lot, and used to buy these in large quantities, but they are now difficult to find in DK. Found this in Sweden in "Systembolaget":-)
But, Nils Oscar, I like my IPA’s a little more bitter. jbrus (4893), Delft, Netherlands

Ok, we have here a goldblond coloured beer with a small white head and very few carbonation. The aroma is herby and spicy. A full sparkling palate. Finish is bitter roasted. Nice for a pilsener. Ok, still a long list to go... altonbrownd (1953), Amsterdam, Netherlands
