Sep 26, 2009 Yellow colored with murky appearance, medium sized white head. Strongly yeasty aroma with orange and rich peppery spices. Medium bodied. Flavor is also richly spiced with yeast coming up too thin berries and orange also here, hops last in aftertaste. Good smoothly palated wit bier.

Aug 30, 2009 ( 500ml bottle batch 395 thanks to bu11zeye) Pours opaque whitish/yellow with some bubbles. Nose of coriander, and cinnamon. Taste is extremely dry, lots of spices, wheat and finishes bitter. If this beer was sweeter and has less spices it would be fantastic.
