’pearadise saison’ on tap at papago... clear pale gold pour with a small white head. the smell initially reminds me of sweet tarts or the vitamin c tablets my grandmother made me eat as a child... mineraly with notes of bubblegum, flowers and pear juice. the flavor is nowhere near as fruity as the aroma lead me to believe... actually, it’s rather disappointingly NOT pear-y enough. other flavors of straw, pale grain and earthy yeast with a soft floral aftertaste. oddly thin bodied with a dead feeling and flat texture.

this one has some potential... 6/3/5.5/2/13/2.95

I believe the spelling is Pearadise, but I might be wrong. On tap at Papago. Pours a bright golden color with a sugary white head. Smells very medicinal. Not a good start. Mellows in flavor and has a nice pear puree flavor against a backdrop of grain. Strikes me as something Fantome would do.

Tap @ Papaago. Somewhat of a soapy aroma on the nose. Also some fruity pear and sented candle present also..Yellow body with white head. There was a good creamy pear fruit flavor. But the texture was rather thin which was odd. Different kind of brew.
