2008-12-31. Hazy orange body with a good sized off-white head. Aroma is less intense than expected. Modest hops, light resin with muted notes of pine needles. Muddled side notes are not always supportive of the cause. Flavour is hoppy, modest bitterness throughout, touch of pithy grapefruit in the finish fades slowly but pleasantly as the glass goes on. (7+) Average plus plate is fairly effervescent. Draught at Ølbaren.Dark golden colour with small white head.Strong crispy taste of hops and grapefruits,full body and heavy bitter finish.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden with a small white creamy head and lacings. Nose is grapefruity hops. Crisp, floral and fine. Bitterness backed up by a little caramel. Very simple and very nice.

Orange-golden with a low head. The aroma is quite sweet with notes of tropical fruits: pinneapple, mango, peach and furtherdown citric fruits alongside caramel. The flavour is also suprisingly sweet (I expected it to be more bitter and grapish) to begin with and highly refreshing! Then the bitterness kicks in and gives a long, dry aftertase. Oh, this is great!

(Bottle) Pours light hazy orange with a small off-white head. The aroma is medium bitter hoppy and light to medium crystal malty with tones of grapefruit, tangerine, black tea, black and white pepper, mango, melon, pineapple, apple juice, toast, honey, vanilla powder and white bread. A tiny touch of alcohol. The nose is a not a monster, but this bottle is not completely fresh, so some aroma hoppiness are perhaps lost. Still enjoyable. The flavour is light to medium sweet and medium bitter with tones of grapefruit, flowers, black tea and light tropical. Good toasted crystal malt backdrop with notes of honey. The finish is of resin, grapefruit and hints of pine. The mouthfeel is clean, light astringent and round. Medium bodied.
