Cristal clear golden color with a white head that sits atop and retains very well, leaving spots of lacing as the beer is consumed. Some bread, biscuits, light honey, grain husk, and a nice herbal hoppy presence in the aroma. Soft hay and grains greet the tongue, followed by a touch of honeybread and earthy hops right along side it; finish is a bit on the hoppy side. Clean, crisp, but still full of flavor; both malt and hops are strong, but neither is dominant. Medium carbonation and medium body, but the dry finish helps it from being cloying. Review average seems incredbly low to me, this is such an awesome Pils.

Bottle 33cl, Pours an clear filtered brew with dense white foam. Typical hop nose, slightly bitter, refreshing. Good water in this brew, a good german Pilsener.

Clear golden pour with a foamy white head that sticks elegantly to the sides of the glass. Not getting a whole lot from the aroma. Hay, grass, herbal hops. Tastes great though. Starts herbal/piney, quite bitter. This fades into a buttery malt finish with a little bit of lingering citrus hoppiness. Excellent mouthfeel, full, creamy, but broken up by some nice, sharp carbonation. Very tasty pils.

Aroma: weak, slightly acidic hop aroma. Somewhat greasy, cocoabutter?
Flavour: weak, fruity, watery. Ridiculous. Tastes like slightly hoppy mineral water w/ corn malt.
Palate: fizzy. Slightly acidic. Naah... thin.
Appearance: light yellow w/ pale near white foam that disspiates.

Clear golden with a nice white head. Notes of hay and grasses, creamy with a lingering bitterness. This is a truly great pils. Everything’s there. Malty, prety hoppy, creamy and so easy drinking. A true spirit pilsner.

330ml bottle. Pale gold with a slight white head. Light, bready malt aroma, slightly sweet. Flavour had more character with a floral hop edge, touch of turkish delight, hint of barley sugar and sweetish finish. Ok.

bottled, draught and 5l mini-casks, on several occasions. Clear golden yellow colour, large and creamy white head. Hoppy nose. Medium to full-bodied with a solid underlying maltiness and a shy hopcharacter. Grassy with hints of hay and herbs. A wel-balanced Pilsener.

(Bottled, BBE 03/2010) Clear yellow-golden with a smallish, bubbly head. Quite malty and buttery aroma with light grassy hoppiness and a touch of metal. Flavor is herby-piney-hoppy, surprisingly dry and bitter, but still with reasonable backing maltiness. Almost medium body with slightly fizzy carbonation. A quite sharp, but well-made and hoppy pils.
