Light floral - spicy aroma, the taste is spicy and earthy, it’s almost like a strong version of a witbier. The finish was too bitter for my taste, otherwise would have been very good. eManu (209), Brussels, Belgium

The aroma reminds me of Belgian witbiers. Malty, wehaty and yeastywith a spicy touch reminding me of a witbier. Tart flavours of wine grapes and gueuze beers are also present. Refreshing and highly interesting - my first beer of the style (and hopefully not the last one). austone (1039), Turku; Pori, Finland

Hazy golden, huge fluffy white head with tight lace. Aroma has apple, spicy Dupont yeast and sweetness. Pretty sweet malty flavor with enjoyable metholey spiciness and lively fruits. Medium bodied, smooth and mellow yeasty palate. Wow, lower ABV and organic, this would definitely be my summerbeer of choice if only available here. floydian1 (290), FNQ, Australia
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 5, 2009 750ml corked bottle. Some yeasty precipitates at the bottom of the glass. Tastes just like the usual Saison Dupont (which is possibly the world’s best session beer IMHO) but a little lighter in body and flavours. Still excellent.
