Dec 25, 2009 550 ml bottle from LCBO. Pours a clear deep orange/copper with a small, lasting slightly off-white head. Nose of caramel, dark fruit and light floral hops. Taste is caramel, spice and nice hopping in the background. Pleasant.

Dec 22, 2009 Bottle. Poured a hazy orange with a small off-white head. Pretty malty aroma with caramel, spices, and cheese. Flavor is mostly sweet malt, nothing exceptional to speak of. Creamy mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Nothing special, I wouldn’t bother with this one again.

Dec 21, 2009 Bottle. Hazy orange copper with foamy, small white head. Aroma is earthy with roasted nuts, grass, plums and cherries. Flavors of caramel, toast, prune, cherry, roasted nuts, and gingerbread cookies. Hop bite fades toward the back. Medium body with sparkly carbonation and slick mouthfeel. Finishes dry. Charming warmer.

Dec 20, 2009 12 oz. bottle; not bad; small, maybe one finger width head that dissipates quickly; aroma that I find is of slight alcohol, maybe a little fruit, golden copper with a little red in color, can taste some raisins and a little alchohol in the back of the throat, clean mouthfeel and finish.
