Bottle 500ml.
Clear sparkling light to medium yellow orange color with a small, fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate green appel, dry apple. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a average duration, and a dry finish. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090807]

Bottle. Golden colour with white bubbles. Aroma is dry, ripe, apples. Flavour is dry, watery, apple, green apples, sourness. A little bit thin body, but still an interesting cider.

0.5 L bottle from Vinmonopolet. A thin layer of foam quickly fading to ring of big bubbles. Body is crystal clear, pale yellow-golden and moderately carbonated. Subtle, yet complex aroma. Sour, red apples, fresh wood, some resin actually, and a touch of herbs. Taste is bone dry, with a fine, light sour, appely fruitiness. Wooden notes, and a hint of metal. A pleasantly astringent mouthfeel. A very refreshing and clean-tasting Cider. Moreish.

Botella. Clear yellow colour. Apple sour bit rubber aroma. Flavour of apples and rubber with a pleasant sourness.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yngwie. Clear yellow with no head at all. Leathery apple aroma. Light body, apple and leather accents, extremely astringent and peely without being overly sour. 220809

Bottle. Pale yellow witha small white head. Sweet apples with some citric notes in aroma. Flavour is light woody and dry. Lots of apples and slightly citric. Very dry finish.

t is golden with a slightly sour, mild apple aroma. The mouthfeel is very astringent and the flavor has notes of oak barrel, tannic acid and apple. The finish is dry.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, 2009. Pours clear yellow with a small bubbly head. Dry, sweet and quenching. Red apples and mega dry end.
