This is the third time I have tested this one in 200cl bottles, and this sourness from infection is nowhere to be found. I have also tested the 33cl bottles several times and they have been infected (#1) The last time I tested this beer in 200cl bottle I had it with smoked barbeque marinated pork rib and it was one of the best beer I hvae had. The aroma has notes of phenol, chocolate, and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of chocolate, and burnt malt as well as light notes of phenol, leading to a dry roasted finish. Too bad with the infection, I think this could be a good beer.
