FatPhil (2408), Espoo, Finland Jul 27, 2008 330ml bottle (Cracked Kettle, Amsterdam)<br />
Deep orange, persistent tight head. First aroma is brown-bread toast and honey. Quite lively carbonation in the mouth, also plenty of winey vapours, quite alcoholic in places. Full-bodied sweet taste, huge bitter hoppy bite at first. Great combination of raw hops and sweet belgian ale. I don’t know why precisely, but I am really enjoying this.
