Bottle from de Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Shiny blond head, fluffy with great laceworks. Amber colored, good clarity. Crisp, hoppy, citrus-fruity aroma. Some toasted malts. Taste is dry and hoppy, pine, flowers and citrus. Fine bitterness. Tight, caramelly malt body. Dry, hop bitter finish. Good stuff.

Bottled. A bit hazy amber colour with mediumsized creamy head. Aroma is fruity and floral hops along with some mild spices, caramel malts and some stinging sweetness. Flavour is quite much the same with the spices being more obvious. Quite fruity and grassy semi dry finish. Pleasant.

[9/11/08] Draught at Arendsnest in Amsterdam. Amber color. Fruity aroma with some malt, caramel notes and some yeast. Sweetish flavor with fruits and spices. Finishes drier with some nice bitter hops. Medium-bodied.

Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam HAzy orange/blodn body. Creamy, bit rocky head. Aroma of american hops, citrus, flowers, honey, caramel ... very nice. Moderately sweet, lightly bitter flavour (bit watery) which is not as nice as the aroma, but still ok.

(Draught at ’t Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 31 July 2009) Amber colour with frothy, beige head. Fruity, hoppy nose with apricots, toast and fresh hops. Malty, slightly fruity taste with notes of dried apricots, caramel and a rather dry, hoppy finish. Slightly above medium body, generous bitterness. Very tasty beer with a nice hop character.

Draught, Arendsnest, Amsterdam. Looked pretty enticing in the glass , a nice clear orange with a decent head. Some good lace action. Fragrant, hoppy aroma. Flavour was caramel malt, plenty of hop, with some grapefruit. Bitter finish. Seriously drinkable and really enjoyable.

draft at Arendsnest in Amsterdam - Pours lightly hazy copper with a big, foamy head. The aroma is light, citrusy hops. The taste has some easy going malt up front with moderately hops that includes citrus and grass notes. It’s light to medium bodied with gentle carbonation. This brew is very quaffable. Good session brew.
