Commercial Description:
We used Lemon Grass and our Belgian ale yeast to craft this fruity, citrus beer. Enjoy the aroma of fresh lemon followed by the big malty flavor ending on spicy notes from a small amount of Saaz hops. The essence of sunshine in a glass. No lemons were harmed in the making of this beer.

Golden beer with some chill haze. Tons of herbal lemon aspects in the aroma. Pretty tea like. Lemon chai tea or something similar in the initial flavors. Leafy lemon grass. Long herbal finish. Sweet and fruity lemon tea beer. Kind of weird.

Pint - Snoqualmie Falls Tasting Room - Snoqualmie Falls, WA
Aroma – Huge lemon aroma nothing else gets through.
Appearance – Golden in color, thin head and slight haze.
Flavor – Strong lemon grass flavor. The wheat malt was covered but got through. Earthy with a slight grassy flavor.
Palate – Good Mouthfeel, nice texture with a dry earthy finish.
Overall – This was a very good beer. Loved the flavor this will go well with the summer season. The beer was strong and the flavor terrific. This was very well brewed.

Draught @ the brewpub. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Fruity lemongrass aroma with some floral hints. Fruity and slightly malty flavor with very much of that lemongrass. Dry finish with lots of lemongrass in the aftertaste. Little too much of the lemongrass.

Clear amber with a frothy head. Absoulute huge lemon grass/floral aroma. Big lemon grass and spice flavors mesh nicely with a malty sweet pale ale base brew, the lemon grass flavor is strong but not overpowering. A very unique and nicely done beer here. Draft @ the brewpub.
