| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 14, 2007 Bottle at the Brewpub. One of the few remaining bottles of the ’05 batch that the barkeep busted out for us Hazy deep mahogany with a small off white head. Modeset sweet malty carmel aroma. Flavors were of soft ripe pittd fruits, brown sugar and sweet lightly roasted malts. Thick soft feel and very subdued hop notes. The 2 years in the bottle really settled this down.
