Commercial Description:
This is an American Style IPA. There are seven varieties of hops used to give it its hoppy character. It has a clean bitter bite up front with a smooth lingering bitter hop flavor. It finishes dry with a light hint of citrus hops and crystal malts. It has a mild aroma of toasted malts and flowery hops

Draught @ Bittercreek Eagle - Pours a dk opaque tan with a small off-white head, aroma is pretty straight forward IPA, citrus, hop resin...flavour is decent balance of caramel malt and punchy hop bitters...lingering bitterness, decent...

Tap: Cloudy copper with a small off-white head. Nice hoppy aroma - floral and light juniper with a bit of mustiness thrown in. Great overall IPA with a nice crisp, lasting bitter flavor with a ripe aspect to it. Full body. Solid IPA.

Draft: Golden pour with a large, fluffy white head. Sticky sheets of lacing. Bright nose with citrus and floral hops. Fruity and sweet. Tastes is floral hop bitters with a lighter amount of citrus and fruitiness. Some malty smoothness into a linger bitters trailer. Solid.

On tap at Sockeye Brewing Boise, ID Pours out a cloudy straw topped with a nice sand head. A very nice nose of citrus hops. The hop tast is more of floral and not as much citrus. A nice malt on it aswell.

Growler from Brewpub: Pours a hazy copper color with a nice sticky head. The nose is piney with a more pronounced earthy citrus character than the Tail Dragger. Can’t really pin point the hops though. Ample backup malts so the pale malts aren’t so lonely. Nice continued hop bitterness and flavor that continues on to the bitter end (rimshot!). Nice IPA, not as hopcentric or balanced as the Tail Dragger but very nice nonetheless in this hop climate.
