Commercial Description:

Bottled@EBF 2008. Hazy yellow colored, thin shortlived white head. Discreet aroma of dried apricot. Apricot goes for the taste as well, along with some powdery, chalky bittering hops. Low malt level. Sourish mouthfeel. Skinny body. Fruity, slight bitter ending.

Bottle. Low and quickly disappearing white had. Hazy thick looking orange body with a good deal of yeast sediments. Oranges abricot alcohol, yes I know it is strange, aroma with the addition of something spicy which I suspect is the Quinua. Flavor mild, and a bit flat, dusty abricot, sweet and without hops bitterness. Low carbonation, short sweet aftertaste.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Myrup. Hazy, pale golden with a small, rough white head. Discreetly fruity aroma. Light and a little thin with distinct fruity notes and a very untraditional spicing. No bitterness. Odd but not terrible. 310808
