Commercial Description:

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy golden with an off-white head. Sweetish aroma of yeast and banana. Medium body with classical Hefe accents of banana, yeast, cloves and phenol. A very decent Hefe. 070908

Draught at SOPP 2008, Helsinki. Hazy yellow color with thick head. Strong overripe banana aroma. The flavor is also mostly about ripe banana with some wheaty breadiness. To be balanced, there should be more spiciness or hoppiness and less banana.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow-amber with an off-white head. Aroma is bananas big time and a blend of alcohol and yeast. Notes of bubblegum appear as it warms. Flavour is sweet with bananas and yeast. Mildly bitter yeast finish. 25-07-08.
