Commercial Description:
En kraftig, næsten sort, øl der med forskellige ristede malte har smags nuancer af chokolade og lakrids. Derudover er der en lettere tilføjelse af tørverøget malt, hvilket giver en let røget/tjæreagtig bund der komplimentere de ristede malte. Øllet er sluttet af med melasse og et afkog af lakrids. Kroppen er middel til stor, med en tilsvarende balancerende bitterhed.

50 cl bottle at Skallerup Klit. Black color with a lovely brown head. Aroma is roasted malt, coffee and also hints of smoke. Flavor is roasted malt, coffee, bitterness and fine sweetness, also some smoke. Nice!

Deep brown, black colour with a small beige head. Roasted malty, light coffee bitter aroma with a vague chocolate sweet note. Roasted coffee bitter flavor with a light dry toasted finish.

Bottle at the Brewpub. Almost black color with a brown head. Aroma of roasted/burned malt, licorice, smoke and coffee. Taste of roasted malt, licorice, tar, smoke, coffee, and molasses. Medium bodied.
