Draught .. Poured dark brown with fast dissipating tan head. Much lacing. Aroma of malt, chocolate and a little coffee. Chocolate, roast nuts and coffee notes in flavour, with a finish rather like a good black lager.

On tap at the PDX Green Dragon. Pours dark brown. Very nice porter, rich in chocolate flavor up front, good roastiness with a nice balance overall. Soft earthiness to the finish, light coffee notes and lingering soft chocolate aftertaste. Very enjoyable beer.

Sampled @ Green Dragon in Portland, OR--Poured a nice brown body with a thin whitish head. Great, bold nutty, malty nose with cacao malt character. Creamy, smooth, balanced finish. Very nice!

Draft @ KLCC Microbrew Festival: Pours a medium depth brown with a small, yet persistent tan head. Light sheet lacing. Nose is roasty malts, coffee, and ever so subtle amounts of cocoa. Flavor is roasted malts more than anything with chocolate and coffee being an afterthought. Creamy mouthful. Overall flavor and intensity is tame for a porter, but an easy drinker nonetheless.
