Flavor is caramel with hints of spice and some nice hop chunks to it. Nose of sweet fruit, some chewy caramel and a huge berry waffle note. Good chewy dough and savory biscotti or scone. Lovely large mouthfeel. Mellow impact. The nose is malty, sweet, raisiny, caramel, mild phenolic character, some alcohol, pungent, some fruit. The flavor is malty, some caramel, alcohol, fruity, mildly spicy, some citrus hop character. The palate was thick and warm with a nice mild carbonation.
