Commercial Description:

33cl Bottle at ’t Arendsnest, shared with fonefan and brugmansia. Hazy orange amber colour, white head. Aroma of green apple skin mixed with cut grass, some liquorice and alcohol. Foul, resembling their "Help Henk De Winter Door", which was very bad. Flavour has some nice spices, liquorice, oranges, green apple skin, light bitter alcohol finish. Overcarbonated, medium bodied. Bad stuff.

Bottle from Bierkoning. Oijen produced this beer in early 2009 apparently as its flagship beer and I can tell you I like it about as much as all their other beers. It’s a murky gold with sticky head. Citrus and slight malty nose. Characteristic Oijen taste of cardboard and wheats. Some citrus in the end but rather poor altogether. Too unrefined.
