draft at naked city. dark, yes. dry...huh? pours a crystal clear and brightly rubied dark amber with a loose and sudsy tan head. scrumptious red delicious apple nose. how very evergreen state. i might break into a spontaneous rendition of louie louie any minute now. creamy medium body with subdued carb. mid palate is pretty much apple juice. not so dry, really, but tasty. mild sweet finish.

2009 Bottle - Pours clear amber with a small white head...aroma is dark cider, rich and malty...flavour is similar, but is a bit thin...great balance of sweets with a tart finish...

Pours a clear leathery brown and has a red delicious apple cinnamon aroma. Kinda like the high quality applesauce you’d buy from a farmer’s market. Crisp and fresh flavor, overripe with sweetness, yet a bit tannic and finishes dry and clean.

On tap at Henry’s in Portland. Slightly darker amber in color. Not a big cider drinker but this one stood out for its quality. Some nice sweet and molasses/sugar notes. Easy to drink alot of this one.

Tap at TFD Boise. Clear color of light amber with no head. Aroma is lightly apples with some sweetness. The little bit of dryness is balanced with a slight sugary sweetness and some spicey notes. Hadnt had a cider in a while, this was nice.

Darker than usual cider.small head even. Nice mellow apple aromas, with some toffee acccents. Mellow sweetness, not too artificial, like a Mt Fuji apple taste, again some spice and toffee ..caramel even. Very nice on the palate for a cider, considerably more body than most. Overall an excellent American cider. I enjoyed this

Tap @ The Front Door: A drier cider but with a mellow spice and dry yeast note. Seems like a hybrid caramellized amber ale with cider but with a dry french cider body. Good!

On Tap at The Front Door Boise. Pours out a nice clear amber topped with no head. Aroma of sweet apples and molasses. Tast more of the sweetness and the apples once again. Not to bad.
