Bottle from Liquid Solutions. Medium gold color with just a few bubbles. Aroma of clean, light pear. Near medium body with mild carbonation. Flavor is very light, more skin than anything. Clean and refreshing. Finish has a little more skin. Pretty good, if a bit light on flavor. Better light and clean than flavorfully cooked.

12 oz bottle. Pours a very light green-yellow with some fizzy head that immediately disappears. Aroma is pear and light sweetness, just a little bit of chalk. Flavor is faint sugary sweetness with a bit of canned pears. It has a sharp carbonic acidity at first, but that fades pretty quickly. Odd maltiness in the finish. Decent, but not too exciting.

Pint - Fish Tale Brewing - Olympia, WA
Aroma – Nice fruity aroma, also has a good wheat malt nose.
Appearance – Light golden in color, No head and clear as a bell.
Flavor – Nice light pear flavor this was easy to drink. Felt almost too light and missing the true sweet/tart flavor.
Palate – Nice easy Mouthfeel, good texture finishes quite dry.
Overall – A very easy drinking cider. Nothing special the beginner will love this drink.

12oz bottle-pours a disappearing white head with bubbles and yellow color. Aroma is fruit. Taste is fruit-Ok I’ll go with pear, also apple, malt, sweet, some wine character. OK effervescence.
