Amber with a yellowish head that has good retention. Beautiful lacing. Smooth feel. This beer is chalk full of hops. Grapefruit and pine with some caramel undertone. A nicely crafted IPA with just the right amount of caramel.

Draught at Square One. Pours clear amber with a small, fizzy, white head, somewhat diminishing with good lacing. Aroma is average malt (bread, grain), average hops (flowers, pine, citrus), average yeast (sweat) with notes of apple and pear. Medium bodied, sticky texture, average carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity, and heavy bitterness.

Tap at the brewpub. The body was deep amber. Aromas were iced tea and almonds. After those, you get light grapefruit. The taste was bitter grapefruit with some bread crust. Very bitter tasting, but little malt balance.

Draught at Square One brewpub. Amber with a thin white head. Aroma of pine, woodsy hops, mild sweet malts. Taste is of earthy hops, pine and citrus with a medium bitter-sweet finish. Nicely balanced, solid IPA.

This beer has a bright orange hue in its shaker glass at the brewpub. Lots of hops here. grapefruit...very thirst quenching somewhat balanced with carmelly goodness. an excellent IPA!
