Commercial Description:
This light ale has a deep golden colour with a smooth, frothy head. It is very perfumed with an unmistakable hint of aromatic hops and a fruity (citrus) note from the spices used in production. The body has an intense yet distinctive bitterness and a strong malty taste which is a delight to the palate. The overall effect, however, is a slight dryness and hoppiness.

Coloração dourada, levemente turva, com um creme bege denso de boa formação e duração, deixando uma considerável camada perene. No ótimo aroma, floral (de pétala) e pão. Carbonatação média. Cítrica, talvez damasco e pera. Final suavemente amargo. Excelente blonde.

Bottled 33cl. Appearance: It pours a hazy pale golden beer with a huge rocky head. Good lacework. Aroma: The nose is of apples, hay and almonds. Flavor, palate: A huge amount of apples and white bread showing up in the taste with hints of hay, almonds, marzipan, apricots and melon. Interesting. Medium to full bodied. Sweet. Nicely yeasty with a malty background. Pleasant mouthfeel. Good balance. Discrete bitterness. Bready finish with residual sugars. Overall impression: Complex, nice and unique.

330ml bottle (Poirotti, Helsinki)<br /> Dry dusty aroma, but quite big. Lovely soft malty body - light pale grains. Lovely sweet retronasal vapours - light malt, and stealth hops. Some hoppy stickiness - raw but very subtle. Very easy to underrate as it’s a subtle beer, but with lots of interesting delicate details.
