Bottle from Wine and Cheese Place in Clayton. Pours a clear gold-copper color with a tiny white head that leaves only a little film on the beer. Aroma of hops, malts, citrus, and metallic notes. The flavor also had a metallic quality, possibly from preservatives, that distracted from an otherwise decent, simple hops-malt-citrus IPA. Light-medium bodied, with a light hoppy finish.

Bottle, 50cl. Pours a clear amber beer with an offwhite head. The aroma is hops (East Kent Goldings). The flavor follows the nose. The palate is bitter. Overall a good beer with english hops.

Off white head. Deep amber-copper colour. Aroma is moderately malty, a bit weak, with caramel, dried fruits and light hoppy notes. Flavor is moderately malty with caramel, prunes and light vanilla tones, ending in a bitter, slightly dry finish. Light to medium bodied.

Green bottle: Celery and grassy hops fight through some skunk on the nose. Hazy golden, thick white head, nice lacing, streams of carbonation. Skunked celery flavor, beginning to end. 5.5% ABV tastes more like 8.5%. Thin mouthfeel. Unique and not all that bad if it wasn’t for the skunkiness.

Very good. Strong flavor. Nice and hoppy. Color is faded brown - not impressive. But overall, an excellent beer.

Hmmmm, I didn’t enjoy this. Hops are weak, both in aroma and flavor. Boring.

i like my IPA’s to have a bit of hop kick to them or impart a citrus or piney or something. This one is blah. The hops are just plain vanilla. More a pale ale to me.

Golden with a small white head. Aroma of grassy hops with some diacetyl. Sweet caramel malty flavour with diacetyl. Decent hop flavour and bitterness
