(33cl bottle) Clear, bright amber colour with a light-beige, medium sized frothy head. Light-sweet and mildly toasted malty nose with sour dough, subtle fruity notes and shy herbal hops and a tinge of metal. Bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, slightly crispy mouthfeel. Aromatic malt profile with nutty and delicately fruity elements; slightly hoppy finish with notes of toffee in the aftertaste (17.IX.08).

[tap at blind tasting at Modrý Abbé in Klatovy] A bit of toast and biscuit aroma with considerable noble hops. Bright walnut with an almost white, lacy cover. Flavour is a bit biscuity with some sweet malt and nice hops flavour. Moderate bitterness. Also a bit nutty. Medium body, moderate carbonation, almost clean.

Clear amber with huge white head. Sweet fruity aroma with mild malty notes. Sweet flavor with toasted malt, caramel discrete hoppy notes. Ends bitter.

Amber with a firm and lasting off-white head. Malty aroma of caramel, with some butter. Dry malty flavour with some bitterness.
