Light-sweet and mildly toasted malty nose with sour dough, subtle fruity notes and shy herbal hops and a tinge of metal. Bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, slightly crispy mouthfeel. Aromatic malt profile with nutty and delicately fruity elements; slightly hoppy finish with notes of toffee in the aftertaste (17.IX.08). A bit of toast and biscuit aroma with considerable noble hops. Bright walnut with an almost white, lacy cover. Flavour is a bit biscuity with some sweet malt and nice hops flavour.
