Soft aroma of light malts and a little citrusy hops. Flavor was pretty tame, even for a pale. Light feel and would never have guess the ABV to be this high. run of the mill and underwhelming. Pretty much a top notch lawnmower beer for me. shendrix (478), Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | May 22, 2007 Im not a tremendous fan of pale ales, but this is one of the best of the breed. Pours a beautifully golden, yellow with a finely laced creamy head. The nose is a pleasantly floral scent, and floral hops come forward on this one, followed by a nicely understated citrusy follow through. Sham (1846), Seattle, Washington, USA
