Oct 5, 2009 Tap @ Brewpub: Poured an amber color with a thin head. The nose is light and caramelly. Way too cold to get a smell out of up front. The flavor is malty with a full caramel spectrum and sweetness followed by a light tinge of hop in the tail. Refreshing and easy to drink, but definitely not at this temperature. As it warmed, it started to show a lot more potential, but that’s right when I finished it.

Jul 28, 2009 On tap at TableRock Brew Pub, Boise Pours out a cloudy amber topped with a small white head. Aroma of malt, a little hop, and some old dusty wood. Taste was a little of the wood, a touch of sweetness and a nice toast malt. But still pretty light.

Slightly hazy orange/amber.
Small lasting fine white head and thin persistent lacing.
Faint wood malt aroma. Soft mallty flavor very little hop bitterness. Low carbonation and a slight toasted flavor as well.
Pleasant I suppose but a real lightweight.
