Tasted on tap at the brewpub 10/25/2008. This American Pale Ale pours an orange gold color from the tap. Small sized white foamy head. The aroma is hoppy, sweet and fruity. A medium bodied Pale Ale. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are grapefruity and floral. Nice balance. Good carbonation. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

A great well balanced and sessionable pale ale. Some nice fruit, with a caramel malt background. Floral, grassy hops, and a dry, and somewhat bitter finish.

3/7/08 on draught at the brewpub. Aroma is sweet, with a solid blend of hop flora and malt to make one note. Appearance is slightly hazy pale gold with a very low white head. Flavor is sweet and clean with again, more integration of the hop/malt notes to produce one slightly earthy sweet profile. Mouthfeel is medium/low bodied with a spicy finish and low carb texture. Overall, pretty easy drinking for a pale ale and good balances throughout.

Draught sample from brewpub. Nice fruity aroma. Grapefruit, apricot nectar; sweet and juicy. Dull golden amber clear with a thin foamy head. Medium-light body with light carbonation. Not very sweet with malt character. Good juicy, grassy hops at the finish with a dry nutty bitter after. A bit dry, but a nice pale ale.

On Tap at the brewpub pours out a nice straw yellow topped with a small white head. A nice hop and citrus aroma and tast on this one.

Draft: Deep yellow/gold pour with a smaller head and nice lacing. Nose is malt and citrus hops, taste is more citrus and grassey hops with a smooth malt trail. Very smooth and balanced taste, not to intense, but not bland. Average.

A very typical pale ale, very light and refreshing, with some dry hop bitterness and a light but well balanced malt backbone. Too much grassy hops for my tastes, but not bad.

Hazy Straw color; biscuity maltiness, and a lingering, herbal and grassy hop finish, some grapefruit, too; nice creamy body; OK.
