Oct 3, 2009 Pours a light gold with a light head. Aroma has the clove and banana feels and this shows well on the palate with a nice Hefe style finish.

Jul 8, 2009 On tap at the brewpub. Pours gold with pale gold watery hues and thin bright with head. The aroma is very sweet with loads of sugar, apples, prunes, raisins and apricots. The taste has a grain malt sense mixing with apples, a mild level of banana, floral hops and a sense of wheat. Midway and to the finish bubble gum comes to the surface to join the banana, a bit of apple and some spices already in progress and heading to the after taste.

Jul 5, 2009 on tap-pours a rich white head that laces and hazy straw color. Aroma is clove, lemon, spice, lots of light malt/wheat-sweet. Taste is clove/banana, lemon, spice, lots of light malt/wheat-sweet, some earthy. Medium/full body.
