Plenty of dark malts with chocolate, dust, and some coffee. Silky smooth out of the nitro tap. JAF737300 (797), Tampa, Florida, USA

Of course, this one is nitrogenated - but it looks great! Aroma of coffee and rosated malt - very potent. Medium-bodied; Chocolate in the taste dominates the flavour at first, then mellowing out with some coffee and roasted malt flavours. Overall, a nice beer - good throughout and showing a lot of character. I sampled this beer on draught at Tampa Bay Brewing Company’s Brewpub in Tampa (Ybor City), Florida on 10 November 2007. | 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jul 15, 2008 Draft @ TB Brewing: Pours a very dark pour with a thin, sticky, creamy white/tan head-- classic nitro. Aroma is some scalded milk, roasted chocolate malts, coffee. Flavor is burnt coffee, dark chocolate, and a huge roasted character. As it warms a strong molasses flavor is present. Great, dry finish that clings to the palate. Would definitely drink again. BeerVirgin72 (778), Pataskala, Ohio, USA
