Oct 3, 2009 Pours a golden hue with nice floral and light spice aromatic notes. Palate shows off the malts and some light notes of hops. The finish is clean but with some light body.

Aug 28, 2009 Probably my favorite of their "yellow" beers. Pours yellow. Nose is mild spice and floral hops. Flavor is sweet malt, some sulpher, mild flowery hops. Could kill many pints of this. Not sure I would call it a Kolsch though.

aroma and taste, light honey blossom, light hops.
Taste malty, med-high carbonation, floral hops with a sweet honey like finish. Finish has some bitter sweetness.

May 17, 2009 had this last year (08) poured yellow wiith no head. flavor corn, malt some hops. flavor not much going on here did get some malts and lemon

Mar 28, 2009 Nice golden coloured body with a very thin white head. Tons of small bubbles rising from the bottom of the glass look good too! Light-bodied; Sharp pungent malt up front with a good dose of hops, coupled with a fresh grapefruit twang and a little sweetness to backup the flavours. Overall, a good lager - probably one of the best i’ve had at a brewpub! I sampled this beer on draught at Tampa Bay Brewing Company’s Brewpub in Tampa (Ybor City), Florida on 10 November 2007.

Mar 17, 2009 Sample at brewpub. Pours a nice clear hay blonde with a nice lasting white head- good lace. Aroma is almsot a doughy slight toasty warm pils malt and herbal fresh hops. nice fresh pils malt flavor- crisp clean lightly floral in the hops and a crisp very clean aftertaste- light bitterness is still noticed. Good.

Feb 20, 2009 Bright gold. Thick head. Breezy malt aroma. Clean, lightly spicy. Creamy body. Balanced, refreshing, clean. Very well made for a golden.
