Oct 3, 2009 Pours cloudy with a golden hue and a decent head. Notes of coriander and banana with a palate that shows cloves, coriander, and fruit. The finish has legs. One of my favorite year round beers from TBBC.

Pours golden, some cloudiness and white head.
Aroma and flavor, clove and some wheat. Some fruit; banana with some bitterness in the finish. The fruit flavor gives the beer an almost light sour feel, wheat mouthfeel in the finish.
Drinkable and tasty, though a little different from usual Hefe.

Aug 28, 2009 Pours a hazy yellow. Nose is clove, yeast, lemon and big wheat. Flavor is dominated by wheat and belgian wit yeast. Finishes dry. Not my favorite style, but still ok.

Aug 3, 2009 Tap. Pours a hazy yellow white. Leaves nicee lace on the glass. Notes of banana, clove, and some peary esters. Smooth, slightly creamy mouthfeel. Tasty and refreshing

Apr 4, 2009 A very nice and aromatic wheat. Somewhat sweet with a strong wheat flavor. Color is cloudy yellow.

Apr 2, 2009 En fût. Verre de dégustation directement à la brasserie. Arôme: Odeur de banane avec une pointe de clou de Girofle. Apparence: La couleur est blonde pâle légèrement voilée avec une faible densité de bulle. Présence d’un moyen col mousseux et d’une large dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de banane avec une pointe de clou de Girofle etd e citron. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est mince avec une texture légèrement crémeuse. Mar 28, 2009 Hazy unfiltered golden coloured body with a nice-sized white head to top off nicely. Aroma of coriander seed, bananas and yeast are all very noticeable. Medium-bodied; Strong pungent wheat, spice and bubble gum tastes immediately noticeable. Aftertaste shows some of the yeast and coriander seed freshness. Overall, a good beer for the November (not really kidding) heat!!! I sampled this beer on draught at Tampa Bay Brewing Company’s Brewpub in Tampa (Ybor City), Florida on 10 November 2007.
