Bottle… Hazy golden ale with a huge, fragile, off-white head. The aroma is toasted and doughy. Light-bodied with champagne-like carbonation. Pleasantly sweet and bready. Crisp, clean, lightly toasted finish.

Moderately sourish flavour, medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Yeasty wheat-character with citrus and softer spicy notes in the background; sourish fruity and spicy finish. 16.XI.08

750 ml bottle shared by Mark at the Bayou. Pours a cloudy amber color with a large foamy white head. The aroma is rich malts, light caramel. The flavor is lots of yeast, rich malts, light citrus and spices. Refreshing and fizzy. Not bad at all. Somewhat sour.

The aroma isn’t anything special but it does have butterscotch, yeast, sour fruit, brown sugar, and spices. The appearance is amber with lot of floating particles and a large head. The flavor is complex and like the aroma. The palate is soft. Overall a likable beer.
