Bottle, thanks Furseth. Hazy pale golden, small white head. Odd apple and manure aroma. Light to medium bodied, medium carbonation. Dry with moderate bitterness. Strange beer.

Pours clear yellow with a white heda that dissipates quickly to a ring. Aroma is fairly subdued, mostly malts and some spices. Flavour is fairly malty, some spices and a light fruity and herbal bitter finish. Body is light, carbonation is a bit flat. Decent beer, nice and drinkable and refreshing in the summer heat, but too mediocre to justify the massive price I had to pay at Fenaknoken.

0,75 l bottle from Fenaknoken. Pours a medium fluffy head which goes pretty fast. Full aroma of hops, spices and some fruit. A bit sour taste, reminds me of wiessbier or wit because of some citrus, I’ve heard they use juniper, slightly bitter finish. Fresh and refreshing taste, a bit like a good tasting pilsner/weissbier. I enjoyed it.

750 ml bottle. Golden colour with a slight haze. Throws a very tall head. Cap opened with a bang, so there seemed to be a lot of carbonation in there. Head is white and fluffy. Apple and citrus aromas bordering with phenolic. Soapy. Surprisingly acidic, but is really refreshing. Citrus and apple flavours. Must be some lactic acid in there. Reminds me a little of a Gose. Interesting beer, but I’m not 100% certain that they intended it to be like this.

Strange pale colour, almost purple in there! nice frothy head. almost no aroma, but taste is refreshing, but short. The least disappointing brew from this brewery, in my opinion.
