Bottle 50cl.
Clear light to medium amber color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, some fruit - brown sugar notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. #1600 12 oz. bottle (Born on 02 Jun 08) courtesy of Bockyhorsey - As I continue to rate BMC for milestones, I thought this would be an appropriate beer. Pours a clear deep copper color with a 1/2 finger thick off white head. Very light lacing. Very little carbonation. Aroma is caramel malt and esters. Flavor is lightly sweetened malt and light esters. Palate is fairly smooth with no unpleasant aftertaste. Light to medium body. This beer isn’t half bad. Thanks Bill for another milestone beer.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Courtesy of MaltOMeal. Clear amber golden with a small off-white head. Sweetish aroma of caramel and overripe fruit. Medium-bodied with sweetish caramel, a little overripe fruit and a basically absent bitterness. Has a wee lingering tartness. 220808

Bottle. A dark golden beer, clear, with a small off-white head. Malty aroma with caramel, bread and some fruits playing a minor part. Quite sweet and malty flavor, with a pleasant fruity touch. Medium , quite effervescent mouthfeel. Short fruity finish with some bitterness. Quite pleasant and straight forward without being exciting. (080822)
