PRODUCT SPECIFICATION
Search Terms: Cask
Cask Conditioning is the process in which a draught beer retains yeast to enable a secondary fermentation to take place in a cask in the pub cellar. Beer that is cask conditioned is neither filtered, pasteurized nor artificially carbonated. Cask beer tends to be less fizzy and served at room temperature through a handpull right from a Cask barrel (kegged beers are usually artificially carbonated and served at a cooler temperature from a normal tap)
NOTE: Using the tag means the product is a CASK-ONLY beer or a REGULARLY AVAILABLE Cask-conditioned version of a normally carbonated beer. (otherwise, just add the Availability Infos when adding a rating)
