[Style - Mead or Cider] Chouchen - Chouchenn - Chufere.

A Chouchen is a mead (or cider) traditionally made with honey & water.
Nowadays the name is used sometimes also for mead with apple juice, aka a Chufere (therefore, not exactly a chouchen).
Some cider producers also add honey to their cider recipe before fermentation resulting in a what they call a Chouchen.
