To finish off our 2-part trade from last year, Rene sent a 4th jam-packed box of goods!!! Included was the usual array of awesome beer that I didn’t think I’d get to try, strong beers that I have never heard of, and more 3 Fonteinen! Excellent and creative packaging (including old baby clothes). I look forward to trying to catch up from this deficit ;)
Rene sent me what can only be described as a sick f*in box of beer! Struise, Mikkeller, and 3 Fonteinen were WELL represented ;) He also threw in some gems from Olfabrikken and Raasted. Well-packed and it was a breath-taking array of beers. Always a pleasure!
In Round 4 (I believe) with Rene, he sent all kinds of great stuff with Nogne O, Mikkeller, Olfabrikken, Ceres, Struise, 3 Fonteinen, Cantillon, and others representin’! Rene helped round out my collection of Mikkeller and Olfabrikken goodies (somewhere around 6 of each!).. also included were Belle Vue Selection, a Greenland beer, a homebrewed "small beer" at like 7.7%!?!, Struise goodies, and others.. 21 beers in 2 beautifully-packed boxes. Nice little shipment...North Bridge Extreme, all three Greenlandic beers, Raasted Imperial IPA and Barley Wine, Olfabrikken Gammel Ekstra Porter...that type of thing. I love European postal service...so efficient. Though I wasn’t keen on my postman leaving it at my (decidedly unsecure) door. Ah, well, all’s well that ends well and I’ll be drinking North Bridge Extreme tonight.
