My favorite beer is the Edmund Fitzgerald. I like a wide variety of styles of beer. I tend to prefer beers that are bitter, and those with a more complex flavor and aroma. I strongly dislike beers that are sweet, sour, and/or and have a noticeable alcohol flavour. The more sweetness, sourness, or alcohol I taste, the less I like the beer. In my opinion, if I want something sweet and sour, I will drink fruit juice, not beer, and if I want to taste alcohol, I will drink something like gin or whiskey.
I am a huge fan of non-alcoholic beer as well, and often drink it for lunch. I consider myself somewhat of a connoisseur of non-alcoholic beers. I enjoy them as a phenomenon of their own, and I will give strong preference to an NA beer that acheives a similar taste to a "normal" beer.
