I got started on serious beer within days of turning 21 at the Flying Saucer. What a wonderful way to start. As for my ’Beer Philosophy,’ that’s simple--"Good beer is beer that’s good to drink." First and formost, do you like to drink it? Then, if it passes that test, why? If not, why not? This is the most basic question in any adventure in beer.
