So much beer so little time...
I have been working with/in beers and wines for quite some time now, (aside from my age). I enjoy reflecting on different styles, ingrediants,abv’s,ibu’s
and tastes with my tasting associates. The time and craft that goes into a brew is different for every beer and batch that is made. The process is intricate and challenging for this
