Beer, in my eyes, should have gorgeous, deep color; Wonderful, complicated aromas to fill my nostrils, and a complex, intricate flavor to figure out from first sip until the aftertaste sets in.
I like a good, smooth beer; One that is deep and complex; Hops are amazing, and malts, equally so; i prefer a good balance of the two, but a little more of either is never a bad thing!
I Hate: Boring beers. Watery, single-flavored beers that have no complexity or brews that don’t maintain the ability to be enjoyed.
There is such a thing as too much flavor - I want to be able to finish a good beer, and want another.
