I am a lover of all Belgian Strong Ales, German Wiess’, and anything new to bring to the table (I LOVE hops). I am very new to beer, I only moved past local lager about 2 years ago, and have never looked back. Personal philosophy on beer is never to leave the yeast. Stay there and disolve every last drop to get all of what the beer has to offer. On occasion, I like to disolve it into a shot glass to enjoy with a bite of cheese..... lovely.
