In the past 3-4 years I have become increasingly interested in high quality beer. Obviously that is a question of personal taste, but I know what I like, and more importantly what I DON’T like!!
I have chosen Imperial Stout as my favorite type of beer, but in general I do like the stronger, heavyer beers such as Barley Wine, Imperial/Double IPA, and of course Imperial Stout.
Best beer I have had so far is either Mikkeller’s Santa’s Little Helper 2007 (Belgian Strong Ale), Willemoes Jul 2006 (Barley Wine) or Yeti (Imperial Stout).
Mikkeller is my favorite brewer, and I am happy to say that I managed to buy some Santa’s Little Helper 2007 in good time to have a small stock in my cellar!! :-)
